Lady Beast started her dance journey in 2005. She represents the Poppin’/battle dance scene on the east coast and Canada consistently for 16 years, simultaneously highlighting women/black women, especially those in their 40's, a rare site to see.
She's opened up for artists such as Roxanne Shante, Jay Z, Lil Wayne & Ciara and a performance with Snoop Dogg on the Queen Latifah show. In 2009, Lady Beast was one of the first females to reach the Poppin' finals at Hip Hop International. Winning competitions such as Ladies of Hip Hop and Book of Styles.
Lady Beast is the creator of 2 ILL 2 CHILL, a fundraiser competition held in settings such as, MIT and Boston University, It provided an extra dance platform for all generations to enjoy.
Today, she continues to set goals, make strides within the dance community, as she rediscovers the fulfillment of sharing her experiences.
